What is the best way to lubricate your roller garage door?
Roller garage doors should only have lubricants applied to the guide rails of the garage door curtain. Applying lubrication elsewhere could hamper your door’s normal operation.
The best form of lubrication is a silicone spray. This gives a clean lubrication to the door. Before applying the lubricant, rub down the guide rails with a cloth to remove any webs or dust that has gathered. Once complete, apply a fine spray of lubricant down the guide rail, but do not apply too much.

October is a busy time of year for garage doors and roller shutters. It seems doors are more in demand so we will strive to fit as many as we can.
People could be making home improvements in time for Christmas or alternatively making the necessary protection for their homes for the extreme weather with benifits such as a sectional garage door with insulation and weather seals to keep that cold wet weather out.
This week we took a very large delivery from SWS of roller shutters for various projects in Farringdon and Clerkenwell.
We have also had a large delivery from Garador, and a few special doors from Cedar Doors.
For those who would like a shiny new door this Christmas you might want to order early, some doors we can fit within a few days and some others can have a lead time of up to 6 weeks!
