Roller Shutter Repair For Amins, Rawtenstall, BB47QN

We arrived Amins, Rawtenstall, BB47QN.  On attending site the curtain had jammed up. We stripped off the curtain and removed 1 guide and straightend out lath as best as possible. Apply the curtain back on and replace guide.the remote is auto both ways.tried to locate reciever. It’s all been boxed in?a access panel would have to be installed by others.curtain size 4690 perforated lath .3700 too of end plate (signage removed by others).door is working when leaving site.
