Automatic Shutter Repair Standish, WN60HD

We arrived at Standish Medical Centre based in Standish, WN60HD Due to the automatic door on reception was not operating due to safety sensor fault on the door. The bde was displaying an SIO fault. We found a loose wire on the control board and reset the safety sensors. Our engineer carried out a door reset and tested the door.  The door will work automatically on the sensors outside and push button inside. The door has a maglock fitted to it and will not release when door is activated?  This is an access control problem. We had to leave the door in manual operation and is on maglock.
