We received an emergency call-out to cash converters based in Lancaster. The roller shutter had jammed up on a timber shop front due to it being too close to the shutter. We had to remove some of the timbers to unjam the shutter. We advised the customer of what timbers need removing in order for the shutter to operate without jamming on the shop front again.
