Jammed Roller Shutter Bolton

We received an emergency out of hours call out from Graceland Convenience Store based in Bolton.  The roller shutter had jammed up inside the canopy. The canopy had to be taken off to free roller shutter. Door going up and down as it should but return visit needed to fit a brake as door doesn’t meet health and safety standards due to no safety brake. We was on site 25 mins
