Out Of Hours Call Out Manchester

We received an emergency out of hours call out for Space NK  based in Manchester. The roller shutter had blown its control unit, trapping several people inside. brute strength had to be used to lift the door up manually so we could let out the people that were trapped. Assessed what was wrong with the door and it was a blown control unit. We call the client to confirm he was okay to proceed with the job and replace the unit new control unit installed with one additional key fob door going up and down as it should.
