Roller Shutter Service Horwich

We arrived at Austin Settle based in Horwich. on Attending the site we operated the roller shutter upwards and the safety brake kicked, unlock safety brake. When we operated the shutter down the safety brake kicked in ? We removed the safety brake and installed 1 off our van stock. We then rivited the shaft coller back on. Test operation of 4 doors and all in working order.
