We arrived at Solatube Home UK, unit 13 platinum road, Stretford, M417LY. The sectional door was stuck in the open position with both cables off and the pulley wheel stuck on the wrong side of the track. We managed to get the cables back on and free the pulley wheel and insert the sectional door back into its tracks, noticed that the limits have also altered and the limit housing is all loose, 3ph motor.

This repair requires the rear buffer springs alingning which would require a revisit to carry out further work and test on door. On our second visit the covers have come off.  May require new 3ph sectional door motor after further investigation. wer have left the door down safe and secure. This sectional door doesn’t have any safety brakes fitted, customer advised.
